She created Concordia Design Consultancy – for 6 years she was its partner and boss. The first in Poland consultant of Innovation&Design Management, she participates in building strategies of companies and institutions as well as structural changes in terms of design management. For 12 years she has been building company strategies, brand strategies, development and implementation of new products and services based on the methodology of service design thinking, design driven innovation, among others in the field of interior design, fashion, FMCG, IT. Products created under her leadership receive prestigious awards in Poland and abroad – being also sales hits. Author and substantive manager of the first in Poland postgraduate studies in Design Management (Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities). Consultant in the largest project for Family Companies in Poland.
