	Iwona Matuszczak-Szulc \| Poznań City Development Department Director. She is responsible, among all others, for the process of actualisation and monitoring of the Poznań City Development Strategy and coordination of Poznań participation in the European Urban Agenda. She coordinates foreign relations of the City of Poznań. Applying the EU funding, she have created an effective cooperation network concerning politics and information exchange, involving many European cities. Originator and the main organiser of the Urban Development Forum.
	dr hab. Jan Fazlagić \| Associate Professor at the University of Economics in Poznan. One of the authors of the Strategy of Poznań 2020+. The author of numerous reports and expertises in the field of education, knowledge management, innovation management and intellectual capital, including a report on innovation in the Polish economy Go Global!, Report on confidence in Polish Business relationships and “School for Innovator for the Ministry of Development for the Republic of Poland. He participated in many innovative projects for local governments, among others, “Intellectual Capital of Polish counties” and the project “DigiPay4Growth”. Responsible for creating general idea of City Developement Forum (memothesis).
	Anna Aleksandrzak \| representative of the Poznań City President for institutional contacts. Culture expert, MPA graduate, She is responsible for cooperation with organisations and networks gathering local government units. as well as for the cooperation mechanisms within metropolitan areas. She managed the “Polish aid” projects. She works in the Poznań City Hall’s City Development Department. Under the Urban Development Forum, she will be conducting workshops for people from Ukraine, entitled “Idea – business – innovations: cooperation and support in action”.
	Joanna Jancz \| involved in cooperation of the Poznań City with the academic and scientific groups, PhD student at the Faculty of Political Studies and Journalism (Adam Mickiewicz University In Poznań), participant and co-organiser of numerous conferences. She works in the Poznań City Hall’s City Development Department. Under the Urban Development Forum, she is responsible for the event promotion and visual strategy.
	dr Eliza Kania \| responsible for the Poznań City cooperation with the academic and scientific groups at national and international level. Doctor of political sciences, senior lecturer at the Faculty of Political Sciences and Journalism of the Adam Mickiewicz University, co-author and coordinator of the international research and educational projects (1, 2). She works in the Poznań City Hall’s City Development Department. Under the Urban Development Forum, she is responsible for the event promotion and visual strategy.
	Ewa Majewska \| involved in monitoring and assessment of the local government and non-local government economy. She works in the Poznań City Hall’s City Development Department. Under the Urban Development Forum, she is responsible for contacts with participants of conferences and provision of information concerning the “Rock the City” workshop questionnaires
	Maciej Frąckowiak \| sociologist, interested in the forms of activity and social inactivity in cities, education in the sphere of culture, as well as image that he tries to treat as a tool and a pretext for research, and as a driver of change in social relations. Author of texts, curator and initiator of many forms of ativities in these areas. Co-editor of several publications, includnig: “Badania wizualne w działaniu”, “Kolaboratorium. Zmiana i współdziałanie”, “Smutek konkretu”. Współautor książki “Narzędziownia. Jak badaliśmy Niewidzialne Miasto?”. Currently he works on Ph.D. thesis on visual intervention strategies at AMU.
